akk99 Terms & Conditions and Agreement
Read the user agreement and service policies that all members accessing the akk99 platform must follow.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between us and members who use any of the services available on the akk99 platform (akk99.mom). By accessing the platform, registering an account, or playing games, you are considered to have read and accepted all of these terms and conditions as a firm decision. If you cannot accept any of the terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
akk99 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Every change takes effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Registration and Membership
Age Restriction
You must be 21 or older to play on the akk99 platform. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from accessing the platform. We may request proof of age at our discretion or whenever we see fit.
One Person — One Account
Each member may register only one account. If duplicate accounts are found using the same name, IP address, or the same customer details, those accounts will be suspended and the balances in them may be voided.
Accurate Information
Personal details provided when registering an account — including name, contact number, and payment information — must be accurate and complete. Any account opened with false information may be closed immediately.
Account Security
Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share them with anyone. akk99 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a third party using your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact support immediately.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policies
Deposits
The payment methods accepted on the platform are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks. Deposits are processed according to Myanmar Standard Time (MMT UTC+6:30).
Deposits will only be credited to the account when made through a verified and stable payment method. We reserve the right to decline deposits made from a third-party bank account or from someone who is not the account holder.
Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will only be made using the same method used for the original deposit, and will not be sent to a bank account belonging to a different person.
Funds won from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met. If you attempt to withdraw before meeting that requirement, the bonus amount will be forfeited and only the remaining eligible amount will be paid out.
akk99 reserves the right to carry out account verification (KYC) if additional requirements need to be fulfilled.
Currency Exchange and Fees
akk99 does not charge any extra fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, we are not responsible for any fees charged by banks or payment service providers.
Bonus and Promotion Policy
Welcome Bonus
The akk99 welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 24,000 Ks bonus and can play with a total of 44,000 Ks. The wagering requirement to withdraw is 24,000 Ks × 15 = 360,000 Ks.
Another example — if you deposit 840,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks and can play with a total of 1,340,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 500,000 Ks × 15 = 7,500,000 Ks.
After receiving a bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 15 times before you can withdraw. The contribution rate of football betting toward the wagering requirement will follow akk99's set terms, and all bonus-related details will be as announced on the platform.
Bonus Usage Terms
- The bonus can only be claimed once per deposit.
- The bonus cannot be transferred to another account.
- If the bonus period expires before the requirements are met, the bonus will be forfeited.
- If a player is found to have obtained a bonus through fraudulent means, the bonus and any related winnings will be voided and the account may be suspended.
VIP Tiers and Cashback Policy
akk99 has 5 VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rates for each tier are as follows:
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Diamond — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
VIP tier upgrades are automatic, based on your play volume and activity, at akk99's discretion. Cashback will be added as bonus funds, and the relevant wagering requirements may apply at that time. VIP benefits are subject to change at management's discretion.
Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
Prohibited Methods
When playing on the akk99 platform, the use of bots, automation tools, hacking methods, or any technique that unfairly manipulates game outcomes — beyond normal manual play — is strictly prohibited.
Anti-Money Laundering Policy
The akk99 platform must not be used for money laundering. If any suspicious deposit or withdrawal activity is detected, the account will be suspended and investigated.
Collusion
Arbitrage betting or unfair combination play in Live Casino and football combination betting is prohibited. Any winnings obtained through such methods may be voided.
Penalties for Violations
If any of the above rules are found to have been violated, the account will be closed immediately and any bonus funds and related winnings in the account will be forfeited. Where there is legal basis to do so, the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Service Suspension and Account Closure
akk99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate its services temporarily or permanently. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance work, technical issues, or causes beyond our control, and akk99's liability in such cases is limited.
Even after an account is opened, if a violation of platform rules is found, the account may be closed without prior notice. Any legitimate remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned in accordance with our policy.

Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution
Limitation of Liability
The akk99 platform is provided on an as-is basis. akk99's liability for losses arising from in-game losses, network outages, or service unavailability is limited to what is permitted by law.
By agreeing to these terms, each member acknowledges that they fully understand the risk of losing money when playing and confirms that they are participating of their own free will.

Amendments and General Provisions
akk99 may update these terms with prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be taken as your agreement to those changes.
If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful, the remaining parts will continue to apply. Failure to exercise any right on one occasion does not mean that right has been waived.
The Responsible Gaming Policy and the Privacy Policy are considered an inseparable part of these terms.
